How to permanently delete your account and associated data
What Deletion Removes
When you delete your account, the following data is removed
Account
Your login credentials and registered mobile number and email address
Profile
Your personal details, including name, city, state, and identity information
Wallet Balance
Your remaining wallet and coin balance, which is forfeited on deletion
Activity
Your activity history, including searches, unlocks, and submitted records
Data We May Retain
Some data may be retained after deletion for legal compliance
Legal Compliance
Certain data, such as payment and transaction records, may be retained only as required by applicable law, including tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. This data is kept only for as long as the law requires and is then deleted. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Three Ways to Delete Your Account
Choose the method that works best for you
In the Mobile App
Open the Loan Jasoos app, go to Menu, then Settings, and tap Delete Account. Follow the on-screen confirmation to submit your deletion request.
On the Web
Sign in at loanjasoos.com, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account to submit your deletion request.
Go to Delete AccountWithout the App
Email support@loanjasoos.com from your registered email address with your registered mobile number, requesting account deletion. Your request will be processed within 7 days.

Deletion requests submitted by email are processed within 7 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited when your account is deleted.
